2 oz Diamond Reserve Coconut demerara Rum
1 oz Coconut water
1 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
2 Mint Sprigs
Club soda or Sparkling water
METHOD
Shake rum, coconut water, lime juice, simple syrup, and mint sprigs with ice. Strain into glassware filled with ice, then top with club soda.
