1 oz Raspberry Liqueur

0.75 oz Lime juice

0.75 oz Orgeat syrup *contains almonds, nut allergy warning*

0.25 oz Simple syrup

 

METHOD

Add ingredients to a cocktail Shaker and mix vigorously until the surface of the shaker feels chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass using a cocktail strainer.

METHOD

.5 oz Chile Liqueur

1 oz Pineapple juice

.75 oz Lime juice

.25 Spice syrup

METHOD

Combine all ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into glass filled with ice. Add a dash of Diamond Reserve Aged 151 to the top of the cocktail, for a flavorful floater.

METHOD

Pour Diamond Reserve 151 Overproof demerara Rum, Blue Curacao, pineapple and lime juices, and cream of coconut into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry.

Shake rum, coconut water, lime juice, simple syrup, and mint sprigs with ice. Strain into glassware filled with ice, then top with club soda.
