The 151 Demerara Rum is a blend of rums aged one to two years, from three of our famous heritage stills – the French Savalle Still, the EHP Wooden Coffey Still and the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still. With aromas of dried fruits, butterscotch, soft mellow spices and a hint of cigar, his rum is bold and flavourful.

1 oz Diamond Reserve White Demerara Rum
0.5 oz Diamond Reserve 151 Demerara Rum
0.75 oz Mango puree or mango juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple syrup
1 basil LEAF or 1 sprig of thyme
Add ingredients to a cocktail Shaker and mix vigorously until the surface of the shaker feels chilled. DOUBLE Strain the mixture into a chilled glass using a cocktail strainer.
